Free To Fly Policies 2017-2018
Membership Fee: All children participating in classes or private lesson must be a member of Free to Fly and pay a yearly membership fee of $40.
Sign Up by Week 8 of Previous Session: We ask/recommend that all children be signed up prior to session starting. This ensures that we have enough coaches scheduled to provide safe coach/child ratio. This allows coaches to give enough attention to each student, keeping progression up and injuries down.
Payment must be made at time of signing up for classes:This ensures your child’s spot in the class that they have signed up for. Until payment is made your child’s spot is not held in that class.
Hold your spot: We try and give the children who are currently enrolled in a class, the first spot available in the next session. In the event that your child is stopping you may fill out a withdrawal slip found at the front desk. This must be done to stop any further charges to your account.
Credit Cards must be on file: We understand that everyone is busy and you may not realize that a session has ended and a new one has begun. If you show up for the next session and your account is not paid in full this allows us to charge your card and your child to participate in class.

All credit cards that are charged and denied will have a $5 fee
Failure to pay tuition may result in your child’s removal from class. This is embarrassing for your child and something we wish to avoid at all costs. IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL SITUATION, PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE. We will try our best to work with you.
Make-ups: Schedules are busy and we understand that. As a courtesy we do offer make-ups for classes that were paid for but you missed. However, classes do become full so in trying to accommodate all our clients we ask the following:
You must call ahead: All make-ups must be called into the office in advance for us to ensure that there is room for your child in that class, and to not inconvenience those who are in the class.
Must be registered in classes: Make-ups can only be used while your child is currently enrolled in a class.
They cannot take the place of future payments.
Expire within 6 months: Make-ups will expire after 6 months of the missed class.
